Chicken & Rice Casserole
This chicken and rice casserole dish is requested regularly by my family! It is made with basic ingredients, super simple to make and turns out delicious and filling for the whole family.

Ingredients:
- 1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 Cup Milk of Choice (I used Chobani Extra Creamy Oat Milk)
- 2 Cups White Rice
- 4 Cups Broth (Chicken or Vegetable)
- 1 Cup Diced Yellow Onion
- 1 Can Peas & Carrots
- 1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder
- 2 Teaspoons Onion Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Dried Thyme
- Ground Black Pepper, to taste
- 1 – 1.5 Pounds Chicken Tenderloins
Instructions:
- In a medium bowl, combine cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, and milk and set aside.
- In your casserole dish: add rice, broth, diced onion, peas & carrots, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, and ground black pepper. Stir all to combine.
- Add your soup mixture into your casserole dish with the rice & other ingredients, stir to combine.
- Add in your chicken tenderloins and press to bottom of dish.
- Cover with aluminum foil, and bake for 1 hour at 375 degrees F.
- When 1 hour is done, carefully remove the foil and bake uncovered for another 10 minutes.
- Let sit for about 5 minutes and enjoy~
