Ingredients:
- 2 pounds carrots, cut as desired (or use the baby carrots)
- 1 Tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- ¼ cup butter of choice
- 2 Tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 Tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- ¼ teaspoon salt (or to taste)
- ⅛ teaspoon black pepper (or to taste)
